My intention is to create and share music which unfolds love vibration healing energy.
I think that when the throat opens realigned with the heart our whole being starts to flow in a spontaneous and playful manner in sounds, rhythms and instrumental vibration. In this way music becomes an invitation to heal our retained expression in all aspects of life. To speak out our truth and to dare to live our greatest dreams becomes more natural, so that we can all share more of the true light that we are.
VEO® - Extra Ocular Vision
guiding children to see without eyes
Erik would love to complete another course of VEO-instruction so that he can go on sharing this wonderful method with children.
VEO (Visión Extra Ocular, or Extra Ocular Vision) is the ability to see the world without using the material eyes. No cheating, no tricks. This includes reading, painting, drawing, playing games, watching TV... blindfolded. Most children between the ages of 6 and 12 can develop Extra Ocular Vision with the VEO® method (by Noé Esperón).
As a result, the child learns to manage the alpha state and the right hemisphere of the brain is activated, so his or her consciousness expands and many benefits arise completely naturally, like improved intuition, creativity, attention, memory, awareness, empathy, responsibility, willingness, autonomy, confidence, happiness... the list goes on. This method is marvellous!

I enjoy to put moments of mental clearness into words, to sculpture language pieces to help us remember our divine nature.
With words we can craft keys for the closed prison of our controlling minds. All beautiful expressions and senseful logics have one purpose in the healing work, to depotenciate the tirany of the uncentered mind. So that later the silent wisdom of the heart can unfold and our consciousness expands in a meditative celebration of pure awareness.
My dream is to gather my poems and puplish them combined with my artwork.

flowing with trust beyond control
I love the artistic approach of drawing and painting. In my opinion, with awareness, any creative process becomes a healing session. While painting one exposes one's vibration in the mirror of colours and shapes, to later read the unfished story of oneself in a new language. Our shadows and fears will become visible, but also our strengths and the ability to surrender to our inner genius.
I would like to flourish much more in these expressions, and combine them with the writings.

Playfully I expanded variations on the base of the Star of David.
As existence as a whole is such a marvellous fractal, patterns are repeating over and over. Like this every form and shape is in resonance with its corresponding version in other dimensions of expression, through all the octaves of the endless different frequency ranges in this All-Energy-Universe. Sacred geometry realigns with our deeper holy core and works as an intuitive reminder of sacred principles.
I am going to create a gratitude card deck accompanied by these stars.
Learning Healingskills

I am practicing and still in a personal study of improving expertise in reflexology, massage, reiki, energetic acupressure, overtone healing chant, the Wim Hof breathing technique and VEO.
There are so many amazing healing modalities out there to reconnect with our own inner healer and the intuitive capacity to feel, connect and support the self healing process of others, so that I would love to deepen my skills.

spreading the message of Love
I love to translate valuable content of my own personal study, so that other searchers can have access in their own language to this marvelous information.
So far I started to translate articles from Naomi Aldort about her view on transforming the parent-child relationship from reaction and struggle to freedom, power and joy. To me, this topic seems so important to stop unconciously repeating the old, unaware and traumatizing paterns of parenting and help from a deep conection truly our children to unfold their own highest potential.
